Exciting Month of May

We welcomed our third great grandchild. She was born on May 22, her name is Tyler Panaro. Talia and Triston now have a little sister. Mom and dad Nichole and Jacob are quite pleased. Grandma and Grandpa Marc and Linda congratulations to you.

Our four little boys ,as we use to call them , are now all grown up and graduating from High School.

We were sorry to miss the first which was Zac Coontz, son of Amy and Jim, because my father was on Hospice Care and close to joining my mom we had to cancel our trip to Memphis. We congratulate Zac. He is a great, happy young man. Very friendly and kind. He recently had a major knee problem while playing soccer at school. Hope the surgery gets him back to his active self. He will be working for his dad this year while he waits for April and a mission.

Next is Cooper Urmston son of Matthew and Leslie. We were able to get up to Utah for this graduation. Cooper served on his Senior Counsel during this year and had a great time. He also swam on the swim team and had some great improvements in his times and enjoyed his senior year. He is also very happy, kind young man. Enjoys life. He will be attending UVU in the fall. next summer he will also be heading out to serve the Lord on a mission.
Two Bakersfield boys graduating high school.

Mason, son of Marc and Linda graduated from Liberty High School. He had a great year. He served as the Commissioner of Athletics this year. Libertys football team won the Valley championship and Basketball went all the way to the finals of the state championship. Very good year. He received a nice award from the Jockey club for his great defensive work during football season. Mason will be attending BC until he heads off on a mission.

Porter is son of Peter and Elaine. He attended Frontier high school and played Center on the football team. Their team won their division in the Valley Championship. He also won the Jockey Award. He swam this year with his cousin Candice as his coach. Most impressive was the Academic in Excellance he received for 4.0 grade point for 4 years. He will be heading up to Utah to attend BYU. Following in his parents footsteps.

We also attended the graduation of Garrett Urmston, Peter and Elaines son. He will be heading to high school next year. Garrett had a very successful year at Norris Midddle School. He served in student government and played on the championship basketball team. He also received two awards. One was from the optimist for outstanding student in the school.

Lots of good things happening in the family. We enjoy being a part. Sounds like a very proud grandma and grandpa. We are, Our kids have done well as parents.
