We have been blessed with 38 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. They bring us great joy. They are happy, healthy, bright and good. We thank our 8 children and their great spouses for these wonderful young people.

More information has come

We have recieved a letter from our Mission President. He is new to the mission this summer. More forms to fill out. Lots of information about the financial part. We will be in a flat and buying petrol. So I quess we will be learning a new language. The climate is much like Seattle Washington. Lots of rain. The winters are very humid and can be cold and this is aggravated because few of the buildings have or use central heating. They have good fruits and vegetable and the water is good to drink. We were happy to hear that bringing our computer and having internet access is permissable and do able. Also phone cards are available at 2-3 cents a minute, making them cheaper then regular mail. Recieved a newsletter called The Light and Truth. In it they tell of the new missionaries and also those that are coming. Great to see our name on the list.
Had to add some great picuture of our great grandaughter Talia on her second birthday. She really looks like some pictures I have seen of another cute little blond girl.
