Missionary Training Center

We are having the most wonderful experience here at the Missionary Training Center. The Spirit that is here is hard to explain. It seems to touch everyone. I used up many tissues,not for any specific reason, just seem to happen.
The teachers here are so very great. They are very helpful and friendly. They let us tell them all about ourselves and listen intently.
The couples are from many different places, we are the only ones from California.They are going to such different places and going to do many different things. Some are office others facilities,some are learning languages like Cambodian, Polish and Mongolian. They are going to various places, England, West Indies, Poland, Cambodia, Mongolia, England, Scotland. The PCC in Hawaii and Moloki. Liberty Jail , St George Visitors Center and Nauvoo. Washington DC Temple, Pittsburg, Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, Spokane, Denver and Salt Lake City.
The experiences we are having will help us we begin our Mission in Australia. We are excited to get there and begin our work. We listened to two sisters who served in Finley Australian 2002. The mission President told them not to track this little two that was 6 blocks long and 6 blocks wide. It had been done to many times. They arrived and no one would talk to them even closing the only check out line in the grocery store when it was their turn, By the time they left 18 months later they were well accepted. It all came through service.
We head out of here on Monday night. We leave LAX at 11:15pm and arrive 15 hours later.
