We are ready

Well 8pm Pacific time and all are here or on the phone (Amy, Erman, Matthew, Courtney and my Bro. in law Rick and Kaitlin in Utah.)to open the letter we have been waiting for. Dean openened and began to read.
We are so excited to be going to the Australian Melbourne West Mission. We will go to the MTC on December 3rd. Not quick enough for us. The call states that our mission president may modify our specific assignment according to the needs of the mission. So it looks like we will be doing what ever the Mission President wants us to do. We are thrilled. For those of you who may not know. My grandfather was born on Tasmania Island which is a part of this mission. I have many relatives living in the Melbourne area who are not members of the Church . Our daughter Carrie said Grandma Stumbaugh who passed away in March ( my mom) must have had a hand in this. She loved her Australian relatives and made several trips their. We also have been to Melbourne a couple of times. I have felt that because of Dean's Humanitarian work over the past few years that we would be going on a Humanitarian Mission. Shows you what I know. A Proselyting Mission is what our kids did and I am so excited to go and share the Gospel with the People in the Melbourne Area.
